10th Anniversary!

Current and ex-Grasshoppers families came together on Saturday 20th Nov 2010 to enjoy an afternoon celebrating 10 years of the nursery’s life!

10th Anniversary

Families who have since moved away from London came especially to join the festivities. The kids loved seeing each other again and we all had a fantastic time. It was a great reminder of what makes Grasshoppers so special. HUGE thanks to St. Thomas’ Church, Laia and all the families who have made Grasshoppers so vibrant and inspiring. HURRAY!

Outreach

Every Friday between 10am and 12am the Nursery holds an outreach session to which all families in the local community are invited. There is a charge of £2 per adult.

The event is publicised locally and children are free to come and explore the nursery and participate in any of the events which take place. These can include arts and crafts and a very popular music session with our visiting multi instrumentalist Jorge the Music Man.

In this fun and exciting session children can sing along, dance, experience a variety of musical instruments and even learn to conduct! Although the Outreach session is much busier than a normal day it can give you a sense of what the nursery is like.
